1. 1. Wholesale and Retail.
Allamazingstuff.com (“Advanlink Inc.”) sells products for business use to end user and resellers with proper business identification, which is required from all customers prior to purchase. Allamazingstuff reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
1. 2. Prices
Prices are listed without including freight, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties, and are subjected to correction or change without notice. Market sensitive commodity products will be priced according to current market conditions. Customer should contact the local Advanlink branch (US and Canada Location) or check online at www.allamazingstuff.com for current pricing.
1. 3. Sales Tax
Customers are responsible for payment of all applicable state and local taxes, or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate.
1. 4. Payment
Allamazingstuff accepts Paypal, Visa and MasterCard. All payment must be made in U.S. dollars if the items are shipped from U.S. branch and all payment must be made in Canadian dollars if the items are shipped from Canada branch.
Basically, we accept payment with same billing address and shipping address, if your shipping address is different from billing address, we will contact you and may need a copy of the card owner's driver license.
Customer agrees to assume responsibility for, and customer hereby unconditionally guarantees payment of, as provided herein, all purchases made by customer, its subsidiaries and affiliates. Each of customer's subsidiaries and affiliates purchasing from Allamazingstuff will be jointly and severally liable for purchases with customer, and customer is also acting as agent for such subsidiaries and affiliates.
1. 5. Cancellation
All product order cancellations must be approved by Allamazingstuff, and may be subject to restocking fees and other charges.
1. 6. Custom Product
Allamazingstuff may offer products manufactured or assembled to customers specifications (“Custom Products(s)”) according to customers' request. Within fifteen (15) days of receiving the custom product, the customer must report to Allamazingstuff in written form if they are not satisfied with the custom product. If there are not any feedbacks in written form after fifteen (15) days, Allamazingstuff regards that the customer is satisfied with the custom product. Allamazingstuff One-Year Limited Warranty terms do not cover the loss for the design shortcomings of the custom product. All Custom Products are sold on a “FINAL SALE” basis only, and no cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed, except that the custom product has the major defects of manufacturing.
